Autopatcher (Neoncube) errors and crashes or displays Failed to get

Example error messages:
- C:\Program Files\Gravity\RO\LimitlessRO.exe A device attached to the system is not functioning
- The LimitlessRO Patcher.ece file is linked to missing export KERNEL32.DLL:SetFilePointerEx.
- This is not a big deal. All important updates are accompanied with a new release of LimitlessRO.
- You will have to skip the autopatcher by going to your RO folder and running the LimitlessRO icon, LimitlessRO.exe
Bink32.dll Crash Message
- Go to your RO folder and delete "openning.bik"
Client Crash like the following FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS NEVER PLAYED:

You did not follow the installation guide properly. Try the following, in this order. If one step doesn't fix the crash, move down the list:
1- Run sakray.exe and let it patch up until "?? ?? ??". That pattern of ??'s means it's done updating. Sometimes it doesn't update. Try again later.
2- If the error involves dinput.dll, try deleting this file from your RO folder. This is the mousefreedom file, which is not required.
3- Try skipping the autopatcher. Go to your RO folder and run the Limitless icon, LimitlessRO.exe
4- If something didn't go well during installation, try uninstalling everything RO from your PC and delete the RO folder. Then reinstall, being sure to follow the install guide properly.
5- Check your RO install path. Make SURE you installed Sakray and LimitlessRO to the SAME FOLDER. If you are not computer savvy, leave the install path to default for both.
6- Check your RO install path. If you used iRO, your path will involve "RagnarokOnline" and not "RO". "RagnarokOnline" means your setup file was NOT the right one and not from our install guide. (Example of a bad path in the crash message: C:\Program Files\Gravity\RagnarokOnline\LimitlessRO.exe)
7- Check your Sakray setup file (Sak_Setup#### - The #### refers to the date in a mmdd format, for example 0711 would be July 11th). Is it an old, outdated file? If so, you should get a fresh one from the install guide.
Client Crash like the previous message FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS PLAYED:
- If you get that crash, it could mean your Sakray is not updated and you saw a sprite or map you haven't yet downloaded. Exit the game and run sakray.exe. Let it patch til "?? ?? ??"
- Sometimes, this error happens even if you are not updated. It should be rare and should not interrupt your gameplay.
Client just closes itself, no error message
- Try playing with your settings by running the Setup.exe file. Switching between Windowed and Fullscreen usually helps.
Deleting Characters
- If it doesn't work using the e-mail you used to register your account, try changing the e-mail associated to your account at (acc option link). Try changing it to the same e-mail even, as you may be using the wrong e-mail.
- If this does not work, close your client and restart it. Do not log into any char, choose to delete first. When deleting your character, do not input an e-mail. Simply click OK when prompted.
- If that STILL fails, PM me with the following for verification: Your account name, e-mail associated with the account, char name to be deleted along with his stats, and your IP address (http://www.whatsmyip.org). NOT YOUR PASSWORD.
Disconnected From Server or Prohibited to login
- If you have a RO\data\sclientinfo.xml file, delete it.
- If you still cannot connect after having done that, uninstall the LimitlessRO Patch and redownload and install it. As of this writing you'd make sure you were installing LimitlessRO.
- If the message is something along the lines of being prohibited to login, chances are you or anyone sharing your internet connection mistyped a password three times and are password error banned by IP. This lasts 60 minutes.
Random short ban after changing characters very quickly
- The server did not have enough time to log off your previous character and thought you were on 2 chars at once, so it banned you for a short period of time.
Items, dye, etc. did not load when you changed a map and you are unable to move
- This is a rare event. Don't worry. Nothing has been lost, it just failed to load up properly. You just need to hit alt-F4 to quit and restart your client.
